1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Pranav Packers and Movers, Erode, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

2. Services Offered

We provide home shifting, office relocation, packing & unpacking, loading & unloading, vehicle transportation and related moving services within Erode and surrounding areas, and for local & long-distance moves as agreed with the customer.

3. Quotations & Pricing

Quotes provided (over phone, WhatsApp or in person) are estimates based on the information shared by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual volume of goods, distance, floor level/lift availability, additional labour required, or special handling needs, and will be communicated to the customer before the move begins.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about items to be moved, including fragile or valuable items
• Keep cash, jewellery, important documents and highly sensitive items with themselves and not hand them over for packing/transport
• Ensure someone authorized is present at both pickup and delivery locations
• Make payment as agreed at the time of booking

5. Liability

We take utmost care while packing, loading, transporting and unloading your belongings. However, liability for damage is limited to items that were declared to us in advance and packed by our team; we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items packed by the customer themselves, or damage due to circumstances beyond our control (accidents, natural events, etc.). Any damage claim must be reported at the time of delivery.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by informing us in advance by phone or WhatsApp. Any advance paid may be adjusted or refunded as mutually agreed depending on the notice period given.

7. Payment

Payment terms (advance and balance) will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking, based on the size and nature of the move.

8. Delays

While we aim to complete every move on schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, access issues or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed in such cases.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu.
